Could you provide me with more information: * Are you referring to firmware-nvidia-tesla-gsp in the config directory? * What is your full 'lb config' command line? * Can you show the relevant part of the build log?I'm not able to reproduce this. The Debian live images are built on Jenkins [1] (daily for sid, weekly for trixie), and they don't show this issue.
Also, the content of BLOCKLIST_FIRMWARE is used to remove items from the list of firmware packages. If that list doesn't contain an entry from BLOCKLIST_FIRMWARE, nothing happens.
