Sometimes debootstrap can not deal with the complicated dependence of
dpkg packages.
It would be great to have another bootstrap program can be supported.
Compared with debootstrap, mmdebstrap is faster and and mostly a drop-in
replacement for debootstrap.
Hence we have patched live-build and created a MR:
