fixmestick error

I'm having problems running my fixmestick on a dell laptop running windows 11.  
Error message is "can not mount /dev/loop0 
(run/live/medium/live/filesystem.squashfs) on 
/run/live/rootfs/filesystem.squashfs

Please help me.
