Package: live-build

there are various issues in the manpages to address
 - parent installer option not specifying that 'daily' is a possible
value
 - the list of component script descriptions is out of date
 - various typos
 - the mixing of primary (config, build, clean) and secondary build
component commands in the same list is confusing, they need separating
into two different lists.
 - acronyms need uppercasing
 - 'installer' missing in list of stages
 - 'build' config file missing in list of config files
 - obsolete ubuntu info
 - wrong description for --firmware-chroot
 - etc...

It's not worth it imo to create an individual bug report for each and
every issue here. I've got a patch set created or it all, and a single
bug number to reference should be more than sufficient.

patches to be submitted via salsa shortly
