Yes, it has been building (unofficial) images for Bullseye (11) and Bookworm (12) for a while. However, those builds use the git version of live-build from salsa [1] and not the released version of live-build

Starting with Bookworm, they use live-build again
3) are non-free-firmware packages are included in the official debian live images? live-build images by default?
