No, not magically/automatically. But there's WIP to do this for Tails ISO images, and whatever could be fixed upstream / in Debian (mostly stuff generated by postinst scripts) is being fixed there: https://lists.reproducible-builds.org/pipermail/rb-general/2017-August/000596.html We'll report about how exactly we did it to the rb-general mailing list later this year.
