Hi, I haven't been able to build gnome-desktop jessie DVDs using debian-live.
(I want to add a few packages/configs, but I'm aiming as a starting point to duplicate the offical images) What do I need to do this? Trying to use the live-build included in jessie doesn't work for me: Desired=Unknown/Install/Remove/Purge/Hold | Status=Not/Inst/Conf-files/Unpacked/halF-conf/Half-inst/trig-aWait/Trig-pend |/ Err?=(none)/Reinst-required (Status,Err: uppercase=bad) ||/ Name Version Architecture Description +++-========================-============-============-==================================================== ii live-boot-doc 4.0.2-1 all Live System Boot Components (documentation) ii live-build 4.0.3-1 all Live System Build Components ii live-config-doc 4.0.4-1 all Live System Configuration Components (documentation) ii live-image-gnome-desktop 4.0.1-1 all Live System Image Components (GNOME desktop) ii live-manual-html 1:4.0.1-1 all Live Systems Documentation (html) I tried using a newer live-build, but that didn't work either--do I need the newer live-image as well? Or do I need to do something different? My last attempt failed with: xorriso : NOTE : Copying to System Area: 432 bytes from file '/usr/lib/ISOLINUX/isohdpfx.bin' xorriso : FAILURE : Cannot find in ISO image: -boot_image ... bin_path='/isolinux/isolinux.bin' xorriso : NOTE : -return_with SORRY 32 triggered by problem severity FAILURE I appreciate the project has been very disrupted recently, but if there is a straightforward path to build these images it would probably be quite widely useful.
