As a general suggestion, try to make sure that you are reading the
version of live-manual that matches the version of live-build you are
using because there might be important changes from one version to
another.

On a side note, yes, the live-manual is an excellent source of
information, I mean, usually well documented, and hopefully getting
better little by little.
