After the switch to the new provider where live.debian.net is hosted
(and thus to a new IP address), there was a glitch found in the
providers router configuration for IP subnet, affecting traffic going
through level3/GLBX to the provider.

The effect was that for some people (most notabily the majority of
non-european connections) the host was not reachable.

After filling a ticket on 12:40, this has been fixed on 12:54 +0200 by
the provider. Since the router change is effective imediately (no
delay), live.debian.net is reachable for everyone worldwide again.
