I'm doing lots of rebuilds, but all I change between builds is the contents of config/chroot_local-includes.
On my machine each build takes about 15 minutes, most of which seems to be during the bootstrap and package installation. Building the squashfs and binary-hybrid.iso isn't long. I've tried deleting .stage/chroot_local-includes and running lb chroot_local-includes, which seems to get me part way there. But I can't coerce the system into rebuilding the squashfs and iso. Seems the pieces that do those jobs are dependant upon some apt sources, or need to be done inside a chroot.
