It has been uploaded to unstable: http://packages.qa.debian.org/l/live-build.html As usual, wait until it appears at your archive mirror. You should have no problem installing the unstable version of the package on wheezy (or else you can just wait until it migrates from unstable -> testing, but that takes the usual delay for migrations).
