It looks like att is still blocking the mailers. I submitted a request
at the url provided. This is probably as far as I will go on this,
less considering using a qualified relay server for mailers.
I appreciate your assistance on working to get emails going for att customers.
Your request was apparently honored. Beginning 3/17 I have gotten the
mailers.
