For d-i to work, we'll also need to include the debian-cd data files for the
Ubuntu suites.

Daniel: Are you fine with just grabbing and adding them from the bzr branch
at lp:~ubuntu-cdimage/debian-cd/ubuntu/ ? As you probably could guess, I
can't provide a patch due to binary files.
