again.. the default with live-helper >= 1.0.5 is vesamenu, if you don't
get vesamenu, you've either configured something different (= not using
defaults) or you have found a bug. if you think it's a bug, please read
the chapter about 'how to report bugs' in live.debian.net/manual.
