Hi, I installed a fresh lenny installation this afternoon, and just for the fun of it, I tried lh_config --clone, but according to lh_config, it is not a valie parameter.
I pulled live-helper from testing, I think. I have my sources.list file setup to pull from both lenny and sid, so it should have pulled the latest version of live-helper. > -----Original Message----- > From: Daniel Baumann [mailto:dan...@debian.org] > Sent: Tuesday, October 13, 2009 4:01 AM > To: Debian Live > Subject: Re: Live ISO from existing install > > > bloodandsoi...@gmail.com wrote: > > How do I make a live cd out of my currently installed system? i.e. > > Make a bootable ISO out of my existing Debian Lenny installation? > > if you are really brave, you could use 'lh_config --clone && > lh_build'. > but it not tested enough, can destroy your system and kill kittens. if > you use it, we'd be interested in bugreports, but don't complain if it > has eaten your system. > > -- > Address: Daniel Baumann, Burgunderstrasse 3, CH-4562 Biberist > Email: daniel.baum...@panthera-systems.net > Internet: http://people.panthera-systems.net/~daniel-baumann/ > > > -- > To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-live-requ...@lists.debian.org > with a subject of "unsubscribe".
