ah thanks to some help on IRC I've noticed that there is no gtk for d-i
in Hardy

http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu//dists/hardy/main/installer-i386/current/images//cdrom/

I'm wondering if it is possible to set gtk 'off'?

Where should I take a look, or in other words, which app take care of how
d-i is added to the live-cd, where should I take a look on my file system?

Thanks in advance,
