This package causes problems with network-manager, which will not update /etc/resolv.conf for example while dhcp if resolvconf is there. IMO it's not a problem of devian-live itselves. Do you need the package resolvconf in your live-system? If you don't need it and it is not in your packageslist, set up apt-recommends off (for example with "lh_config --apt-recommends disabled" or in your build-configs), so it won't be installed, if a package you use recommends (and not need!) it.
