No cdebootstrap in etch-backports

Dear list!

I followed the installation guide on
http://alioth.debian.org/~lamby-guest/live-manual/html/ which states
that there is a cdebootstrap package on www.backports.org in the
etch-backports release. However, there seem to be no cdebootstrap
package there.

So, if I want to use Debian Live on an etch system, do I have to build
my own cdebootstrap package from the source package in lenny, or are
there other options?
