Bug#1040750: about loong64 linux and grub package merge

 Dear maintianers

     For now , the lintian package has block the loong64 linux and grub 
package merge, shell we give a new lintian package . IF we  just  add 
the loong64 support patch for lintian so that the new lintian can work 
for loong64 and not influence for other things .
