Package: lintian Severity: wishlist Recently I noticed a package enter Debian with a changelog that was both a QA upload and introducing a new maintainer. This doesn't really make sense because a QA upload means it is still orphaned but a new maintainer means it has been adopted. Perhaps the person who did the upload didn't understand what QA uploads are for. Please check for QA uploads that change the maintainer and emit a warning for them.
