An outdated debian/copyright file is a bug in itself...
That's already fixed in Alioth.

They get linked into the same library (libgbe.so) as several LGPL2.1
files (search

Further investigation found a newer gpuocelot (they appear to have
switched hosts and not finished updating their website) with a top-level
LICENSE without the problematic clause (

ocelot/COPYING that still has it (
https://github.com/gtcasl/gpuocelot/blob/master/ocelot/COPYING ).
