NIST is currently drafting a strandard under the title " Supply Chain Risk Management Practices for Federal Information Systems and Organizations". It includes some rather nebulous definitions for "Open Source". It may be beneficial for subscribers to this list to review and comment on the document if they feel that the definitions are lacking as they currently stand.
