Thanks Jean-Pierre for the information. In CANADIAN TRADE-MARK DATABASE music123.com is registered. In the US MUSIC123 and MUSIC123.COM are registered. I'm not a lawyer but it seems that our music123 doesn't enter in the Goods and Services description [1]. Is this enough ?
