Yeah, I'm well aware of this.
It was even already mentioned in the previous thread (on this same list)
about the topic under discussion.

I apologize for not putting a clear notice to debian-legal participants:
this thread started with a clarification request to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>,
where I Cc:ed debian-legal, just to notify that the question has been
asked to the FSF and that a public response from them was desired.
