Yes, (very slightly) more liberal. Actually the X11 license has the following differences with respect to the Expat license: a) it explicitly forbids use of the name of the copyright holder in advertising or for promotion without written authorization b) in some variants it doesn't explicitly list sublicensing among the allowed activities (but this is irrelevant, since it anyway says "including without limitation") -- But it is also tradition that times *must* and always do change, my friend. -- from _Coming to America_ .....................................................
