This patch assumes that we accept that Joerg#1 has released cdrecord under the GPL. The only other alternative is to immediately wipe out the whole subversion repository and start over with a clean copy, from 2004 I suppose.
I also removed a bit of slander directed at various Linux kernel developers. Note that the patch might appear to remove Joerg#1's copyright notice, but this is not really true because it was triple-redundant in many files.
