Endorsement, perhaps, but most places have laws against the other stuff,
so you don't need to try to use a copyright licence to make your own law.
Such private law/dictator test attempts are stupidly limited anyway: the
copyright licence on your work won't stop someone making a non-derived
crack downloader with an "Andrew Donnellan is crap" splash screen.

I suppose. I could just sue them for defamation if they did that; when
they sort of go beyond just endorsing it.

But yeah, the license looks DFSG-free.
