You seem to be mistaking the Debian Free Software Guidelines and the
Social Contract as principally legal documents. They are not; they are
moral, technical, and societal documents.
This is a mailing list for people involved with Debian to consider legal
issues. In many places in the world, it's expected that citizens can
understand the law and make decisions based on it. In fact, some people
see it as a citizen's obligation.
It's unlikely that you're going to get legal advice from an attorney
over a mailing list. If you're seeking legal advice for a particular
problem, you should contact a lawyer in your area who's familiar with
your country's and region's civil code and copyright, patent, and
trademark laws.
Finally, if your intention is to stimulate interest by Debian project
members and other Debian participants in the Against DRM 2.0 license,
lashing out is the worst way to do that. You catch more flies with honey
than with vinegar.
