You keep asking questions that don't have answers because you phrase them in terms of dynamic linking all the time. None of these four questions are answerable because the only thing you've said is that programX is dynamically linked to libssl and that both these packages contain a libssl file. THAT IS NOT RELEVANT INFORMATION. As I said the last time you asked this exact same question, it depends on all the stuff you haven't said.
