These licenses tend to include patent licenses. As a result, the copyright holder /doesn't/ get to sue you (at least, not if they want to win). They don't lose their copyright license in the process, but then the GPL allows the copyright holder to distribute binaries without source without losing their copyright license as well. -- Matthew Garrett | [EMAIL PROTECTED]
