Copyright law generally gives you the permission to use software that
you have legally obtained. If you break the GPL, clause 4 results in you
losing all your rights under the GPL. However, copyright law still
allows you to use it. The RPSL allows me to lose the right to use the
software. By doing so, it's preventing me from doing things that
copyright law allows me to do. The GPL never restricts rights provided
to me under copyright law. The RPSL does.
