From the perspective of someone coming in late and reading the thread, you are a proponent of choice of venue clauses not being DFSG free. If you're not, you might want to make that clear. If you're trying to be a disinterested observer or summariser, you should really do a better job of presenting both sides of the argument. -- see shy jo
