Clickwrap. And it wants to be a contract. Which is bad to start with. It requires you to give any "Improvements" you make to the original Licensor on demand. That's non-free. To do whatever they like with them, in fact, including using them in proprietary software. Actually, on demand of any Licensee, which is pretty extreme! They didn't grant the right to make derivative works explicitly; however, in context, they must have meant to do so under "use". Weirdly, instead of the usual system where everyone gets a license from the original copyright holder, this grants everyone the right to sublicense under the same agreement. I think it has much the same effect, but it's *weird*, so I don't know. -- There are none so blind as those who will not see.
