I have an ASUS Vivobook 15 OLED (M1505), and I’ve heard there are a lot of proprietary drivers on it. For example, in the BIOS and in Windows, before installing the drivers, the CPU heats up to 80–90 degrees and the fans are running at full speed.
I found this article: https://wiki.debian.org/InstallingDebianOn/Asus. But my model isn’t listed there. What do you recommend? Is it possible to install Debian on this machine? Best regards, David
