The message seems to be coming from avahi:
In Finnish it says 'Verkkopalveluiden etsintä on kytketty pois päältä. Nykyisen verkkosi toimialue on .local'. Se ei ole suositeltu asetus eikä yhteensopiva avahi verkkopalveluiden etsinnän kanssa.' (An English translation: 'Network searching is disabled. The present network working region is .local. It is not the recommended setting and not compatible with avahi network search.)
