hi! sorry to say, but all docs i found refer to do: a) install kernel sources, sometimes b) install newer kernel + sources but all say c) install latest ndiswraper. "error -71" apears quit often in the groups, seams to be something with power supply (???) - at least when the plugged unit is a disk drive or similar. i haven't seen something with a solution mentioning a wlan stich and error -7. but i've seen another - german - success storry with the same stick at http://www.unixboard.de/vb3/archive/index.php/t-25667.html - again, install kernel sources and latest ndiswrapper. maybe you can find some help there:
