I think it is not good that your modem is listed as well. Did you
already try to blacklist the module of the modem? I think we had cases
in the past where this was necessary to get ALSA going. Have a look at
/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base-blacklist; it already has example entries for
some modems. One of them is for Intel, so maybe all you have to do is
uncomment that line and reboot.
(I did not follow this thread from the beginning; I hope I am not
repeating something that was already covered.)
