Yes I tried to restart acpi. No way. As I said before, acpi has no control on my fan. /proc/acpi/fan/FAN/state does not give me the true state of the fan, so 'echo 3 > /proc/acpi/fan/FAN/state' change the value but it does not affect at all the real fan! :-(
