Hi, I'm trying to get GNOME 2.12 into my Debian/testing. Some 49 packages are being held back, and upgrading results in unresolved dependencies. Example:
# aptitude install gnome-media wants to automatically install (among others) avahi-daemon and dbus which will remove dbus-1. This will, however, automatically remove more than ten gnome packages that I still use. Does anyone have a clue which packages to install in what order to solve those dependencies?
