In my eyes, it looks like a case of swaping bios that is needed, visit
the webpage of the company that delivered it and look for the latest
bios in english. Download it and put it on a floppy and then reboot with
the floppy and hope for the best, that there will be no power shortages
or things like that ;).
Note: there is a risk with swaping bios, if your computer goes down
during the process you might endup with a worthless motherboard.
