Sorry for misreading your post. You can't run kde; what are you running? By "screensaver", do you perhaps mean "screenblanker?" Try "setterm -blank 0" -- Any technology distinguishable from magic is insufficiently advanced. (*) http://www.spots.ab.ca/~keeling - -
