I was expecting to see i82356 here.
Maybe you should try the following while keeping the card in the PCMCIA slot:
1) shutdown cardmanager ( /etc/init.d/pcmcia stop )
2) modprobe i82365
3) start cardmanager ( /etc/init.d/pcmcia start )
Can you see the i82356 in /proc/interrupts?
It's the OP that has the problem. I thought the last request
was to see what was on a working system (mine works;)
