Hi Mauro, unfortunately, I don't use konqueror, but I would suggest you to run whereami or netenv to set up the network correctly. Hence you won't get such errors.
Just an idea: How is your "startpage" for the konqueror configured? If you point to localhost and don't have a valid networksetup, konqueror refuses to open. But actually he should not quit at all.
