I just downloaded the source for 2.4.20 and compiled it. I was surprised at
how relatively painless the whole process was.
After I did make install to install the new kernel and then built the
modules, I rebooted into the new kernel. I noticed these errors on bootup.
I am not sure if they are causing any real problems (everything seems to
work as before), but I would like to resolve them.
