Hi All, as soon as I `enable sound server startup' with Gnome[1,2], everything work fine (I get sounds from events) until my computer freezes: I had to switch off my computer (an Inspiron 8200) in order to reboot it.
Further more I get the following strange message in `/var/log/messages': "ICH3M: detected chipset, but driver not compiled in !" What is going on ? Thanks in adavance, Jerome
