Intermittently bad disk drive? Temperature cycling sensitive MB intermittents? My AMD Athlon XP 1800+ runs 4-5 Celsius degrees hotter under 100% CPU usage ([EMAIL PROTECTED] & [EMAIL PROTECTED]) than under a "normal" workstation load. HTH, Jeffrey
