Hello everybody! I've recently installed Debian 3.0 on my Acer Travel Mate 212TX and I'm very happy with it. There are just a problems left with the sound and the built in modem.
I've compiled the Trident 4DWave driver into the kernel and all the applications semm to find a working sound device, but I can't hear anything. Is there any muting function, I forgot to switch off? And did anybody find a driver to get the built in modem working? Greetings Christoph
