Hello, I was wondering what happened to "pcnetconfig" that used to be in the pcmcia-cs package? What is the simplest way to set up networking now? Ideally, I would like a way that works with both normal (desktop) networking and pcmcia... but this isn't a necessity. (I am currently using etherconf for the "desktop networking"...)
Simply editting the config file is not acceptable. This must be easy to set up at boot time. The other option I am now thinking of is netenv, so that I can configure the pcmcia network.opts file to use netenv, and then reconfigure the network with netenv in the future. Is it possible to get "desktop networking" to use netenv? (Without getting too complex...)
