ebay? Heck, you can probably buy a replacement card complete with cables on ebay for what such a specialty cable would cost retail. On the other hand, I don't know what shipping costs to .nl . Is there an eBay Europe or equivalent? (Sometimes I see GBP prices on eBay, so I guess they at least have a UK presence).
