Alan, When I needed the latest tulip driver to support a CardBus Eth card (around Feb 1), I just recompiled it as a module and used with my stock 2.2r2 kernel. Works fine. I followed the instructions at http://www.scyld.com/network/updates.html Good luck, Petr
